We have been investigating fitness this week and thinking about how our body feels and changes before and after exercise. We got to thinking - are taller people fitter than smaller people? This needed a scientific investigation.
We investigated this by seeing how many jumps each of us could do in 30 seconds (even Mrs Harrison!) and seeing if taller group members were fitter and did the most jumps. It turned out that height didn't matter, tall or short you can be fit (with the right diet, exercise, sleep and personal care).
