We have been learning about the important things we need to stay fit and healthy such as shelter, water, clothing, exercise and a balanced diet. We have learned about the key food groups and what they give our bodies so that we can grow and remain healthy. We have been developing our sorting and classifying skills and created our own healthy eating 'pie-chart' plates to help us see how much of each type of food we should eat.
